Corporate Governance
A strong governance establishes the foundation that is necessary for success. Recognizing the crucial role ESG plays in our business, QSC established an ESG Committee that is comprised of senior executives to provide strategic guidance and drive the implementation of new procedures. The Committee meets on a consistent basis and receives monthly progress updates.
Supply Chain Transparency
We work with our suppliers to elevate our products and our operations, and expect them to comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and treaties as described in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Quality
From design and manufacture to service and support, we prioritize quality in every aspect of our operations to earn customer trust and satisfaction. Our ISO 9001:2015* certification and comprehensive Quality Assurance Program emphasized our commitment to continuous improvement.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to plan, control, assure, and continually improve the way we do business related to product quality and service quality. It operates at all levels, guided by a capstone quality manual that informs our Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. QSC's QMS adheres to requirements set forth in ISO 9001:2015. Business Ethics
We are committed to upholding ethical and legal standards in our business operations. The Trade and Product & Material Compliance teams ensure we comply with relevant laws and principles and work closely with the ESG team on regulations that are related to both areas. Whistleblower Program
QSC has a Company Hotline where employees have the option to anonymously report any legal or ethical concerns through a website or a toll-free number where they are located. All reports are confidential and handled with discretion. Employees can readily access additional information on the Company Hotline through QSC’s intranet.
Data Security & Privacy
QSC has put internal policies, protocols, and procedures in place to ensure our customers’ information and data is protected. Risk Management
Our company has a Business Continuity Plan and a Disaster Recovery Plan, which outline procedures and protocols to minimize impact to our customers and business operations during unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other disruptions. These plans are regularly reviewed and updated, and our teams conduct regular facility risk assessments to comply with security standards by country.
