Human Rights
At QSC, we are committed to upholding human rights and labor standards of our employees and those within the supply chain. We support the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) Fundamental Principles United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) and expect our suppliers and contract manufacturers to be aligned with these international standards as outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Employee Health & Safety
Preventing incidents, injuries, and illnesses are key to ensuring our employees are healthy and safe. At our locations in the United States, QSC has updated the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Emergency Action Plans (EAP), and trained all US employees on the IIPP and EAP.
Employee Wellbeing & Development
We believe that everyone should take time to care for themselves, so work is more enjoyable in the process. QSC offers wellness programs and development opportunities to support our employees in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Work-Life balance
QSC offers a variety of programs and resources to provide holistic wellness support.
- Mind — QSC recognizes the importance of mental health. All our employees and their dependents have free access to Modern Health, a mental wellness platform that delivers mental health support across a broad range of individual needs.
- Body — We supplement ClassPass memberships and a discount on ClassPass plans for our employees worldwide. Those who sign up have diverse options life strengthen training, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and spa treatments to do what they need to do feel healthy and recharged. At our offices in the United States, employees are also able to get free health screenings at any time with Quest diagnostics. We offer on-site health screenings twice at the beginning of the start of the calendar year for those in the Costa Mesa office.
- Financial — QSC understands that good financial health is critical for overall wellness. In the United States, QSC offers OneDigital Personal Financial Planning to provide employees personalized financial assistance through their retirement benefits.
Development
Our employees have access to development opportunities such as LinkedIn Learning. Some of the most popular course videos people have completed include Git Essential Training, Learning Python, and Excel Quick Tips. Those seeking to obtain college coursework or continuing education credits, we offer a tuition reimbursement program for eligible employees seeking to further develop their skills and knowledge.
QSC also hosts week-long leadership training for Directors and above to equip those with the tools required to effectively lead and empower a team.
Culture Crew
The Culture Crew is overseen by the CEO and VP of Human Resources and driven by employees who are passionate about our culture at QSC.
The purpose of the Culture Crew is to create and cultivate a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive culture where we think big and lift each other up as we build something great. We embrace and empower all perspectives and recognize the importance of a creating an environment where all employees feel valued, included, and empowered to do their best work, encouraged to develop to their full potential, and bring great ideas to the table. Driven by a tireless dedication to innovation and quality, we take great joy in discovering what our people can do together.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
At QSC, we celebrate and cultivate an environment that respects, honors, and embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) so everyone can bring their authentic self to the workplace.
DEIB Committee
The DEIB Committee meets monthly to identify opportunities and prioritize how to raise awareness and help foster a DEIB work culture.
Community Engagement
Communities are key to success. We believe that understanding the needs of our community is an integral part of our business. QSC offers up to 8 hours of paid time off to all employees so they can volunteer their time for a charitable cause.
QSC Cares
Mission: QSC supports our customers, employees, suppliers, and industry members' communities through charitable giving programs, both at the individual and organizational level. We harness our collective passion and caring to benefit all of our community partners.
Through this program, we have supported charitable causes in Southern California including the American Diabetes Association, Orange County United Way, Spark of Love Toy Drive, and Children's Hospital of Orange Country (CHOC).
