At QSC, we are committed to upholding human rights and labor standards of our employees and those within the supply chain. We support the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) Fundamental Principles United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) and expect our suppliers and contract manufacturers to be aligned with these international standards as outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Preventing incidents, injuries, and illnesses are key to ensuring our employees are healthy and safe. At our locations in the United States, QSC has updated the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Emergency Action Plans (EAP), and trained all US employees on the IIPP and EAP.

We believe that everyone should take time to care for themselves, so work is more enjoyable in the process. QSC offers wellness programs and development opportunities to support our employees in achieving their personal and professional goals.
QSC associates participate in an annual Associate Engagement Survey, overseen by our parent company. It is benchmarked against Willis Towers Watson's high-performance normative benchmark, which represents the top 5% of companies included in the survey. Companies must meet financial performance and human resource requirements. Read more about our results in the EarthLIGHT report.
Our employees have access to development opportunities such as LinkedIn Learning. Some of the most popular course videos people have completed include Git Essential Training, Learning Python, and Excel Quick Tips. Those seeking to obtain college coursework or continuing education credits, we offer a tuition reimbursement program for eligible employees seeking to further develop their skills and knowledge.
QSC also hosts week-long leadership training for Directors and above to equip those with the tools required to effectively lead and empower a team.

At QSC, we celebrate and cultivate an environment that respects, honors, and embraces inclusion and inclusion so everyone can bring their authentic self to the workplace.
